On The Pitch

Saturday morning, game day. Training for the week is complete. Uniform is ready, cleats are ready, gloves are ready and mindset is prepared.

Game day is filled with anticipation, focus and comraderie. The vision is clear for todays outcome. A win. The game plan has been physically practiced and mentally rehearsed.

How great to have a day filled with so much possibility, a day that will deliver a mixture of success and learning, for failure does not exist (atleast in my books).

What I do know for sure, is that if you have met your challenge knowing that you have put in the work and done all that you can to prepare and be ready- that is the real success- if the outcome today is not a win, a lesson will definitely be learned and a stronger vision will return to the pitch.
